Annual Ocean City beach photoshoot

We love traveling and exploring new places and so far we’ve returned only only to one place year after year after year – for 9 years to be exact.  And that place is Ocean City New Jersey.  Jersey Shore does not have the best rep and I don’t know why that is… Yes it is loud and a bit commercial but there are rides and boardwalk and soft serve and funnel cake and made-to-order donuts and a beautiful beach and so many family memories were created there.  And every year since my kids were 3.5 I’ve done a beach photoshoot there – years ago they were elaborate affairs that spanned two days and multiple locations and several outfit changes… but lately they’ve been quick and casual, shot not with my ‘big girl camera’ but with my small mirrorless camera that I use just for travel.  And this was the case this time around – we went down to the beach by our hotel and had a blast!
