Snuggled Up

It started out as a beautiful sunny spring day – a perfect day for a family session, but a couple of hours before this session big grey clouds rolled in and the sky threatened to opened up.  I was looking out the window every five minutes hoping that the weather would cooperate because this family drove 2 hours (each way!) for their family session with me and I really did not want them to make this 4 hour drive in vain.  Fortunately, my prayers to the weather gods worked and we had a wonderful photo shoot.   I am working on the images now but here is a super quick sneak peek – how I love snugly backlit family images!
