Sisters

I’ve known these sisters for 1.5 years – since we moved out to the suburbs.  Their Mom was the first one to welcome us to the neighbourhood when she stopped by with very delicious home made chocolate chip cookies – the day after we moved into our house.

When she asked me to photograph her girls I was very excited because sessions with the kids I already know are very special to me.  The little one is super active and runs around literally all the time so I knew that photographing her might be a bit tricky.  For the first 4o minutes or so she did not sit still for longer than a second – the moment I would point my camera at her, she would be up exploring new places.  If her parents figure out a way to bottle up and sell that energy they would be set for life!  I definitely got a much needed work-out running after her:)
