Hugs, jumps and ice cream – Bergen County family photo session in downtown Ridgewood

Always fun to see these four for their annual family photo session! I’ve been photographing them every since for the last 5 or 6 years (lost count!) and I love seeing them every single time! And this time I was amazed how grown up Ms K. looked – I kept telling her Mom that she is looking like a little lady these days with her new haircut. But then she came with her Mom to my studio for the viewing/ordering session wearing two pig tails and I relaxed because she looked like a kid again:)

We chose downtown Ridgewood as a backdrop for this family photo shoot – don’t you think there is so much color downtown? I just love photographing families there! And because it is summer we finished off our session with ice creams at Ben and Jerry’s – can’t think of a better way to end a photoshoot:)
