A brand new girl to love in Bergen County | Ridgewood baby photographer

A couple of days ago I photographed this family of three. The session was a ‘Welcome to the World!’ gift from friends of little J.’s Mom. When I was first contacted about it, I was told that this little one had everything she could possibly need and the friends thought that a custom photography session would be a unique and much appreciated gift. I could not agree more – this is a gift that will be treasured for years to come. Long after little J. grows out of her beautiful outfits and cute stuffed animals, years after the bouncers and changing tables will no longer be required, she and her family will be able to look at these images and re-live these moments.

I’ve been so lucky with my sessions – it seems every one of them is perfect, I get to meet wonderful families and capture the love between then. Sessions like this one really energize and recharge me – it makes me feel so great to be able to take a glimpse into other people’s love, their happiness and to be able to capture these moments for them. I seriously have the best job ever!

These parents were absolutely in love with their girl; in the words of the Mom, little J. simply ‘melts’ her Daddy… You could see in the way they look at her, talk to her, hug and kiss her. And I don’t blame them – little J. is SO precious with her big eyes, long eye lashes and chubby legs – I could not help myself and just had to hold and cuddle her… It was not easy giving her back to her parents:)
