I am back!

It usually takes me forever to edit images from our vacation and blog them (I am yet to work on all pictures I took in China in the fall of 2012 or Southern France – in the fall of 2011!).  But now I am a proud owner of a new MacBook Pro – a.k.a lean mean editing machine – and I was able to work on pictures from our vacation while we were on vacation – and even on the plane!  So in case you are wondering what caused this super speedy vacation pictures post, now you know:)

Puerto Rico was fun – it was sooo nice to be somewhere warm, spend time with the girls and Victor and just be.  Victor and I’ve been to Puerto Rico years ago (before we had girls), went to the bioluminescent bay in Vieques (highly recommend it!) so this time around we just wanted to relax and recharge.  The weather was beautiful, the hotel was nice and other than a minor mishap of Mia having a major stomach bug on the day of her BIRTHDAY, it was a pretty good vacation.

spent A LOT of time in the pool, where Alexa taught herself how to swim under water and Mia, not to be outdone, taught herself how to swim dog paddle style:

celebrated not one, not two, but THREE birthdays:

and colorful streets in Old San Juan

and even had time for a mini (i am talking – 15 min long!) shoot on the beach:)

And even though the girls would not commit to saying that they loved Puerto Rico while we were still there, once the vacation was officially over and we were home, they did say that the loved it very much!
