Family fun downtown Ridgewood | bergen county family photographer

I  am slowly coming back from the craziness of holiday mini sessions and finally have some time to share this awesome family photoshoot with one of my returning families.   I  first met these guys last year and had a blast photographing them – the Mom said that they are typical boys and like to run around so last year we decided to do their family session at James McFaul wildlife center.  This year we wanted to try something different choose downtown Ridgewood as a main location for their family session – it has so many cute spots!   Midway through the session the boys needed a bit of a snack to keep them going (good thing Ridgewood Coffee company has plenty of yummy options) and after getting some carbs in (that works on everyone, don’t you think?) they got a boost of energy for the rest of the photoshoot (and more!).  We went to another cool spot where they skipped rocks, had a jumping competition with their parents, showed off their muscles and climbed on a cool playground.  And afterwards, at their ordering session, the Mom told me that her husband said that sessions with me are always fun, which coming from a Dad is a HUGE compliment!  They already booked their 2020 session so I  am super excited about photographing them again next year!
