Bergen County Personal Branding Photo Session Spotlight | Rise Fitness and Nutrition

In this edition of a Personal Branding Photo Session spotlight I present to you the personal training by Rise Fitness. If Darlene from Rise Fitness and Nutrition looks familiar it is because you may’ve seen her on this blog already – when I did a branding session spotlight of the nutrition portion of her business.

Like so many entrepreneurs, Darlene needed photos for her website and social media and she knew that one session just would not be enough. Rise Fitness and Nutrition offers a variety of services – from nutrition to small group and personal training classes, so it made sense to showcase each aspect of this business with its own photoshoot.

This time around the focus was on personal and small group classes. We decided to do the photoshoot at my Ridgewood photography studio, which worked out really well. Darlene’s clients were naturals in front of the camera and even I got a bit of a workout photographing them – holding a squat while taking photos is NOT easy, not matter what you may’ve heard:).

Not only Darlene is a walking advertisement for her nutrition/fitness business (i mean, she is a picture of health!), she is really a pro at what she does and it shows in her interaction with her clients.
